But from time to time, happening alot more frequently now i'll have these strange feelings come over me and im not sure how to explain them. I feel like something is going wrong inside and everything seems very confusing but at the same time i have a grasp with everything going on. I'll feel very far away from an object such as a tv and it worries me to the point of no end. Stress, Cancer, something else?

I used to have this. I felt all detached from everything around me, kindof as if I were in a box or something. It went away on it's own after awhile but it may be that one of the new antidepressant or anxiety type drugs would help.

you need to be more specific. Do you feel like you are outside your own body watching everything else, like a movie? Is that what you mean?
Maybe you are a hypochondriac, but then again hypocondriacs are usually on denial about their condition and you seem to ready to accept it so its probably more like an anxiety related disorder. Since you are off drugs and dont seem to want to go back to them, try joining a yoga or kick boxing group, if you do this exercise everyday, it will relax you a bit but mostly make you feel more in touch and in countrol. Start therapy with someone you feel comfortable with clergy, social worker, counselor, etc... And talk to the people in your life and let them know this is a tough period for you, you dont have to go into details if you dont want, but just tell them that their support and interest/involvement in your life right now would be appreciated. You would be suprised how much it helps when you feel loved and when you know there is someone to help when you feel just too overwhelmed at times. Good luck
