you sound like you live a 'student' style lifestyle, so why not go for a 'student' style breakfast....
take 3 sausages, grill them and slice them into 1/2- 3/4 inch pieces.
cook some baked beans in a pan, mid-way through add the sausage.
make two slices of toast.
add beans to toast on a plate.
SAUSAGE SUPRISE!!!!

For breakfast, I would recommend that you go for Indian tosai
(a pancake made from a mixture of beans and rice) dipped in
vegetable curry sauce and a glass of hot-piping Indian tea to wash down your throat! It is indeed a healthy food - no oil or
ghee or butter involved. Try it today!

That's funny how you haven't been to sleep and yet you wanna know what u should do when you "wake up" lol idk y that's so funny..probably bcuz im delirious from a lack of sleep
ANYWAY you should make yourself an omelette with onions and spinach or olives with some toast & orange juice OR some scrambled eggs & toast. damn i sound so greedy - i swear i'm not i just havent eaten in hours and hours
i need sleep.

Your most likely tired from staying up all night, so you should go to Ihop or your mom's place. That way you don't have to make anything. :) and that leads to your own safety in the end.
Wait, then you would have to drive sleepy :o. You should definitely just open a poptart and eat it. Yummy sugar goodness. :)
Or, if you are not to tired you should have raspberry icetea and crapes. :) mmmm

I think you will need some good hot strong coffee to keep you going since you haven't slept - and I like the steak and eggs idea - because the protein will give you the boost you need too buttttttttttttttt don't eat my avatar!!!!!!!!!!! :-)

Steak and eggs. Regardless of when you wake up around lunch time or dinner time steak is timeless.
Added bonus if you start drinking when you wake up.
