How could I launch operating system through DOS,I mean through a non bootable CD(dos version is 7.3)?

previously also I asked this Question here and some body suggest me this solution:-
type your CD drive then : then press Enter
type CD I386 then Enter
Type WinNt or WinNT32 then Enter
but after pressing enter it shows bad command.Now please hep me,how could i open this?

here is the Right Steps

1-go To The dos and then when you there and you can see that black screen you need to format your Hard drive so it can be clean and ready for Installation

Type format C: Then Press Enter

If You Have a copy of the windows on the cd and you will install it from Cd rom Then you need to Move from Partion C To where the Copy at and here is how you will do,,for example the Copy in the CD ROM and the CD ROM is E

You will Type
E: Then press enter

You will Get to The E Part ion
Then You need Smartdrv File Most of The time it use to be in the windows CD
if u do not have it the system won't install Right

While you on the E:( Or wherever that file is)
Type SMARTDRV Then Press Enter

Then when you done with Pressing enter
wait and if nothing happened

Type I386 And then Press Enter

Then Type WINNT Then Press Enter

Then Follow the Instruction

DOS must have a CD Rom Support.
At the command prompt, type "CD/" "f: dir/w" f=CD Rom drive
Make sure you see setup.exe in the dir
Then type "setup". The windows should start installing from cd rom automatically.
