I'm not sure I can help you, but I know what your going through. I weigh 280 lbs, exercise a lot, and don't eat much, and I still retain my weight. In fact, I would always eat less then my exgirlfriend who weighed 108 lbs. so yeah....it's hard when people tell you to eat less and exercise more, as if that's a miracle cure, it doesn't seem to work for me......I'm about to start seeing a dietician about it, maybe you should do the same.

Get moving more.... seriously this is coming from another over 200lb person at one time now I am at 170 and still losing YA but you need to be consistant with the exercise and not give up and when you are losing don't reward yourself by eating a big meal or think you can stop for a day The secret is to get your metabolism back up to where you eat and burn naturally

Eat better food and smaller portions several times a day, make sure you eat breakfast, and at least walk as much as you possibly can. You need to keep your metabolism fired up, so the walking will help. Breakfast gets your metabolism fired up as well and makes it less likely you'll overeat to compensate for hunger. Study the food guidelines for the groups, and make sure you have proteins with carbohydrates. Don't give up and take it one day at a time. Good luck!

you need to exercise. Diet alone is suicide when it comes to weight loss.
Food supplies energy to muscles and the more muscle you have the better you will burn off calories.
Trying to force yourself to not eat is very difficult. What you should be doing is forcing yourself to exercise, and very rigorously so that you build up the muscle mass necessary for burning of the calories your consume.
Start lifting weights and stick at it. You should get to the point where you are about twice as strong as when you start, and then you will have built up enough muscle mass to effectively maintain a healthy weight without starving yourself.
