Pancakes are a great option, fluffy, golden brown, delicious--you could even mix the batter the night before if you're going to be in a hurry in the morning (just keep it in the refridgerator).

Slap some butter and syrup on those delicious disks and enjoy with a glass of your favorite juice. Great start to the day.

Ok, I understand - I too can't do milk so like you do not eat cereal - who the hell wants to eat carpet burgers anyway. So, two slices of cheese on toast - topped off with two poached eggs. Should see you through to lunchtime and the cheese and eggs will line your stomach for the alcohol later today.

Hi, Perhaps a round of toast and jam for breakfast and a HUGE fry-up about 3pm.(or a chicken breast with jacket potato if you want to take the healthy option!)

P.S. Have a great night!!

Fresh scambled egg on a bit of toasted french bread with some smoked salmon and homemade hollandaise sauce.

Yummmmmmm.

Find a posh brekky cafe and they'll do it for you to save hassle!
