I mean why do they feel the need to walk about shopping malls, etc with those irritating blue flashing things on their ears? You don't see many ladies wearing them, only ever guys.
Are they so important they have to be in instant communication? - Because to be honest most of them don't look like they would be THAT important. Or is it something to do with being able to drive a car and still use a mobile phone - in which case why wear it in a shopping centre? I saw a guy wearing one in a RESTAURANT once. What do you all think of this behaviour?

for some silly reason they probably think theyre really trendy or cool...........but theyre not. they just look like theyre trying to draw attention to themselves. i havent got one and i dont really care. i even have my phone on vibrate in public cos im really not desperate to draw attention to myself. i mean, how often are they actually talking on them? not much is the answer from when ive seen them. but when they are theyre shouting out all their business gumph..............
and I agree with the fact its rude when they do it when theyre being served in shops.

people wear them all the time on the buses as well - and then feel the need to shout, as the microphone is further away from your mouth.
the funny thing is, the only people i know that use one, are all completely useless at technology. i think it's an attempt to cover up their own securities, and also to make themselves seem rich (even though you can get them for £15).
don't know if this is a general term, but i would call it a 'penis extension'.

nice hat btw... ;)

they are great for the car and while at home cooking or cleaning but yeah other than that I hate them, ever been in a public place and had a guy ask you a question only to have them give you a funny look when you respond and later realize they have a bluetoothe on? its really frustrating, and they look retarded in public, like a new generation pocket protector...GEEK ALERT

I can't stand it it's to use in the car so your hands free and no wires in the way. If your phone rings in the shopping mall just use your hands! We should be able to kick them people who wear them?

And all this time I thought its Asians showing off how ridiculous they look with hearing aids - stock market report, soccer results, mistresses calling, loan sharks?

Most of these guys (never girls) are on the senior side, older dinosaurs who made it to the digital age and now get their hard-ons with gizzmos and gadgets - they think its 'cool', i know they're fools - can't even hook-up the DVD to the plasma tv.

If they only knew how ridiculous they look and sound when they walk along seemingly having a conversation with no one else but themselves. Maybe they are making a statement i.e. Look how important I am. I always need to be on call." Bunch of tossers if you ask me.

I hate those stupid things. Everyone has a freakin phone which is okay with me but those things look ridiculous. Where I'm at, mostly women wear them. It is so annoying hearing people talking out loud looking like psychos talking to themselves.

lol,i know, i can understand them wearing it if they are driving or something, but why the need to wear it when you can hold the phone to your ear. Most times they are holding the phone in their hand when they are talking on their bluetooth anyway. Its so annoying !!

i saw a real estate agent (female) wearing one.
so obnoxious.
as IF she's so important.

she walked into a subway resturant acting like the mayor... all the while talking loudly about business into mid air, in between sentences she ordered her food. instead of thanking the cashier, she winked at her as she discussed her business deal.

so annoying.

They have to wear them because its a direct line to the bank so they know the instant their social security benefits are paid into their accounts
