Any good specialty liquor store. I don't know where you are, but if you live near Bristol you could try calling Corks of Cotham - they have an excellent range of stuff and I'm sure will be able to provide a personalised presentation of some form. If you're not near Bristol try googling "[your area] specialty off-license" or similar.

someone suggested www.remy.com if this isnt the brand for you find the site of the brandy brewer you do like most will offer postage and packing for old bottles, there are plenty of whiskey's around if you have no luck
