Become a member of different groups in different search engines. If she has been a student of any University or Institute, you can open the website of those Institutes and Alumni Associations and trace by the Batch year. There is niothing impossible. If you have the will you will have a way. Keep trying and searching the net

An add in the newspaper saying that a lot of inheritance is left for her this will get the people going and trying to find her for you ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and you are not lying a true friend is also as good as a huge inheritance
