royal college of physician normally set limits for drinking. for men it is 21 units a week but for women it is only 14 units a week.
1 unit equals: 1/2 pint of beer, one glass of sherry, 2 glass of ordinary wine.
if in case the 14 unit level increase then there is a definate chance of risking the heart.
Note: Always drink lots of water before and after drinking alcohol as it protects you from dehydration.

Maybe 3, 4 tops. More than that gives me a headache. Clear liquor is way easier to handle. It's the sulphates in the wine that cause the worst of the hangover.

I never got hangover from drinking wine. Lucky me! :D
I can drink maximum 3 bottles, no matter red or white.
But normally I get hangover when I drink wine, whisky, beers or liquors at the same night. But from only wine, I get no hangover! ^o^

About 2 litres. You have to take into account age, food intake and the weight of the woman and the time factor.
