Religion is superstitious ritual.
Spirituality is believing in and living a loving,caring life. It is believing in godliness. One does not have to tithe or genuflect to live this way.

Religion is the constitution created by ancient people to keep the masses in control just like we have a constitution for each country, religion was started on the same lines that is why all religions teach us the same things only the spicing is different ,it is difficult to keep this animal human being in control in spite of all the religions and constitution it is always out of hand and destroying each other
Spirituality is something in which you put your complete spirit and faith in it may or may not be only religion

personally i bealive that religion is what you bealive in after you die and the steps you have to take in life to achieve your after death life. piritually is generally the thing taht goes into the after life instead of your body so when you are acting spiritually it means that you are very in touch with your maker and that you are being moved by forces you cant control. i hope that made snese kinda hard to explain taht feeling.

Religion is what you practice and your belief system. Spirituality is how you act on your religion and your souls food.

Spirituality is more towards you finding your inner self. religion is what the environment you live in shows up your buttt
