How much sugar is in it? Fiber? Protein? Are the carbs "good" carbs or "bad" carbs? What about whole grains as opposed to refined bleached or enriched flour? Is it outrageously expensive even when on sale? Will the box fit on my shelf? Is the box as pretty as my other breakfast goodies?
