I suppose so since if I didn't I would be dead.
If you are referring to whether we care about anything, well of course we do. I care about other people greatly. I can't stand to see someone treated poorly, I have a lot of love and happiness in my life, I respect all others beliefs and opinions and don't put them down for it. Can you claim the same things? I know you don't respect my beliefs by the questions you have posted.

Just because we don't believe in a god or higher power doesn't mean that we don't care about our fellow human beings and animals and all the beautiful things life has to offer. Our lack of attachment to some future eternal golden life allow us to focus on life at hand right now, to love those that are with us now as if we'll never see them again, to take care and appreciate all the feelings and adventures we experience today.

If there are 1000 religions on this planet (and I'm sure there are at least that many if not more) and you have rejected 999 of them as being superstitious nonsense, do you have a heart? I also reject those 999 that you rejected plus one more, so we agree with each other 99.9% That's pretty good I'd say. Why should we squabble over the 0.1% that we disagree on?

Everyone cares or no one would answer any questions on YA to help others. Everyday we shouldn't forget those who do help whether they are Atheist, Christians, Buddhist, etc. God gave each of us a heart, a soul, and a mind. I hope this helps you. God bless.

I would say they are caring people also just like us Christians. I would also say they feel a void in their hearts that nobody, no-thing, can fulfill except Jesus Christ and His Love for them. So, yes they have a heart, but it is only a physical one.

Is this a trick question? Everyone has a heart and a choice to make. It's part of what makes life as it is sometimes.

Being an atheist doesn't mean you're hateful. It just means you don't believe in God.
I question the existence of God - I'm not sure he really exists, but I still live a life like Jesus taught because I feel it's the right way to live.

I think they have more of a heart that religious ppl
They care about everyone and not just ppl of the same religion.
Its all the religions in this world that has created great conflict.
There is nothing wrong with the normal ppl who are unable to be brain washed.

I am a christian and I know many atheists and yes they do have a heart. We need to respect others and stop pre-judging people with these type of questions.
