thats all according to what kind of skin you have. i dont use soap, i use dove scrubbing pads with a soap like product inside of them.

Don't use soap. Use a facial cleanser from Neutrogena. You'll love it.

that depends on your skin type. i love saint ives apricot scrubs. exfolliating gets rid of your dead skin so your beautiful new skin can be seen. it also helps with blemishes. if you have acne, try st. ives medicated apricot scrub. dont use plain soap, unless its Ivory. others have purfumes and dyes that can be bad for your skin. drinking lots of water will also improve the appearance of your skin and hair, not to mention make your whole body healthier

I really like the cleanser from philosophy. I think it's called purity. Works really well, smells nice, doesn't dry out my face or leave it greasy.
