I am not seeing anything on the Internet about bluetooth use in treatment of cancer, but I do find a lot of info about bluetooth enabled cell phones causing tumors and cancer.

Bluetooth devices are a close-proximity wireless connection used for communication between computers and mice/keyboards and in cell phones for communication between a headset and a phone, generally in the same room and usually on one person.

I don't think bluetooth radiation has any effect in cancers. I hope not, because if it can kill tunor cells, it can mutate normal cells, and CAUSE cancer. Considering where I keep my bluetooth device clipped, I don't like that idea one little bit!

Bluetooth isn't used to treat cancer. I've included an article from the NIH on bluetooth and cellular use.
Strangely, it is being used to help stroke victims.
