Are we referring to the 2nd movement?

For me, the best recording is the one by Wiener Philharmoniker led by Carlos Kleiber. It is well balanced, the details well taken care of, and has a gentleman playing the timpani, unlike some recordings with cavemen playing the timpani, particularly in the 4th movement.

(I listened to one negative example once - a great orchestra and a great conductor, but a horrible recording - alas, I cannot remember which conductor or orchestra.)

Carlos Kleiber takes the 4th movement slightly slow, but his 2nd movement is evenly paced, with a nice lilt to it, unlike some conductors who take the movement sluggishly.

(Best answer, pretty please? =p )

The IRS blunder is actual the worst. there's no threat for Obama to spin his way out of it. In all honesty, if the Obama administration doesnt help somebody going to reformatory over this then the Obama presidency would be recorded because of the fact the worst political practice break in American heritage.
