The highest quality chocolate I have ever tasted is Dove! I am from the Midwest, and don't travel very much. I am still a die hard "Hersheys girl" though! Although I may order some "moonstruck" off the internet somewhere, just to see the difference.

hands down "Fior' le desal" its the most expensive with the highest quality chocolate in the world. You would have to pre-order up to a year because it is so much in demand and so rare.

ghraoui, its been winning prizes in paris for some time now; really old family making this chocolate. queen elizabeth special orders it all the time. beating all the recognized choclatiers.
