Question:
A cop was walking past a restaurant when he heard someone scream - "No John, not the gun!" He ran inside and and saw a doctor, a lawyer, a milkman, and a dead body on the floor. He promptly walked over to the milkman and arrested him. He didn't witness the shooting and there was no apparent evidence to prove who shot the person and no one told him who the killer was.
How did the policeman instantly know it was the milkman?

The lawyer and doctors were women and the only man is the milkman. Also screaming was about a john.

The milkman must have been working in the restaurant and so could have already hid the gun safely. Besides, why would doctor kill someone and lawyer doesn't need gun to kill someone. His talks are enough

that is probable the only male concept, yet right here is going yet another concept: The scientific professional reported the guy lifeless, in any different case, how would the cop understand he's lifeless? The criminal professional informed the milkman to maintain silent, no longer say something to the cop. So the cop arrested the milkman.
