Assuming you also receive tv signals through the cable, you will need to install a TV card in a pci slot inside your computer. "T" off the incoming cable with a splitter, and run a short cable to the input socket on the TV card. Install the software and follow the directions that come with the card, and you should be all set.

I concure with the previous post , but dont forget you will need a sperate "cable box tuner" to get the chanels plus you need to subcribe to your local cable box provider.
