Sometimes I feel like I continue each day...."Oh it's time too go home from work...now it's time for dinner, oh, now it time for bed...ALARM CLOCK....beep, beep, beep,...gee it is time to do it again......I guess I wonder what else there is......Please no religion.....Is there any hope?

sure there is...maybe you should go to talk to a couslor or go to your doctor and tell him/her about this. Everyone has times when they are really down...and emotionless. Even i do, and i'm only thirteen. Of course there is hope for everyone. If you are really consurned then i suggested you talk to someone. I hope you feel better! And i hope i helped!

I do think there is hope. I often have to look at the basics like...spending sometime in thought, because I tend to stuff my feelings and it wears me out eventually if I don't get some resolve. I wondered if you didn't do your normal routine...and had dinner in the park...or invited a friend for drinks..browsed a thrift shop...went to a pet store and did one thing enjoyable everyday how you would feel? You do sound really bound by your schedule..maybe you can let it go and go to bed when you are tired, eat when you are hungry. Work of course will be the same...but you might even look at your job and decide if is meaningful and rewarding enough. If you begin having symptoms of not feeling any pleasure in your day, begin sleeping too much or too little or find that your eating patterns have changed or even yet...have suicidal thoughts call your doctor! Hope this works for you!

Sure this is something that will happen to everyone once in a while. I broke it by purchasing a planner and then filling in the hours in a day with varied things i want to do and the things i have to do. First make a list of things that you would like to do that you don't do now. Then if those things are things you can afford to do add them into small time slots so that you are doing something for yourself everyday that you enjoy. Good luck your worth it!

Yes there's hope. You sound like you could be mildly depressed...why not see a doctor..if you are depressed there are a lot of options...you don't have to feel this way--but you do need to take the first step.

maybe u can take up a hobby. TRUST ME i know exactly how u feel. u need something to 'spice-up-your-life'. do something out of the ordinary, like hang out with your best friend and have f-u-n. however, if this feeling persists and u can't seem to get yourself out of this 'rut' then i strongly suggest u consult your doctor. depression should never go unnoticed, believe me. i know how u feel.
