You can change and not see it for a while, sometimes a long time. I've changed in the last 3 yrs. Right now is an example- s few yrs ago I would never had talked about God on this Yahoo answers thing. I would have thought it a waste of my precious time. Now I'm on it a few times a week. I look at other categories but the religious & spiritual one I read the most. I give my input in hopes that I might a difference in someone's life and it helps me learns as well. I looked up 7 bible verses tonight to answer some questions.
I use to not smile and say HI to strangers. Now I smile 24/7 (unless I'm sick :) A smile from you can start 1000 other people smiling today. I personally think minute changes make a bigger impact on yourself and others rather than huge ones. People that I've know for the past 3 yrs are always telling me that they see a lot of changes in me now. I'm not angry and spiteful and gossipy anymore. I am friendly and thankful.

But I have changed...you didn't know me before God introduced Himself to me. Some of my friends that knew me and liked me when I was in rebellion are no longer my friends. Others (most others) like me more now...
I can be the way I was before I met God again, too...if I ask God to get out of my life, He will. I just don't want to...
That's a pretty sweeping statement, there...

God is always there waiting for you; God will move in you, will change you day by day from being a Christian to a TRUE Christian. What is a true Christian? this means that you have already accepted Christ as your God and personal Saviour. It takes time to become a true Christian. God will try you in many ways etc. trials, hardship but this doesn't mean he will just left you behind, He is always there for you and he will not let you down, believe me for he truly works in my life and proven.

YOU have changed! you're questioning your own morality. that's a huge change. I mean have you ever sat and wondered about what your purpose was, what your life was meant to be like or how you can become a better christian before you found god? Most likley no. Change comes from inside. You've probably become a more thoughtful person...subtle change like this isnt noticeable...but you feel it :)

God didn't say your life would change. Who told you that?
God, said Your way of "thinking" would change.
Your life will change only if something is not right about it to begin with. If you don't live a noticeable corrupt life, how could anyone tell?
Your "thinking" priorities will change.

The only difference between most Dogmatics (in this case, Christians; in other cases, Islamics) and non-Dogmatics is that the Dogmatics threaten the non-Dogmatics with eternal damnation and agonizing torture if they don't convert to the local flavor of Dogmatism. Here in this country, that's Christianity.
Non-Dogmatics are typically more "live and let live" types who don't threaten anybody with violence because of their religious beliefs.
Otherwise, Dogmatics and non-Dogmatics behave exactly the same way.
Thus, the only change you'll experience by becoming Christian is to become more judgemental, intolerant, and damning of non-Christians.

You don't know God is in your life. how you change is my really worshipping God and telling others about him. You will change then, and ppl will notice. It's like a butterfly. they have to work on changing.

Then you have not accepted Christ in your heart if you haven't changed. Keep praying about it! It took many many years before I could tell the difference in my own life, but others saw it right away! God be with you!

God is only in your life because you asked to be. If you pull away from Him He pulls away from you. The change has to come from you not HIM. He will help you but you have to be the one with faith and willingness to change. Peace! :)
