as in a relationship.. no because you may know their words and the online chat buddy has succedded to make you feel at ease with them but they could easily really be an axe murder in real life.. all I'm saying is online chat is not enough to judge a persons characteristics and whether they are relationship material.. I recommend getting to know the person for well over 1 year off the net to make any determination.

i like few of my chat buddies. we chat more than once in a day. we talked silly things, share dirty jokes and pics.
but also had bad experience when u find out tat the one u meet is not the one in the pic he sent u.
too many lies around here online.

read the paper, watch TV. It happens all the time. But be very very careful. Sometimes people lie online to sound nice and attractive. They may be an old geezer in his boxers just having fun at your expense.

If the mental level of both of the persons is same, their thinking is same, likings & dislikings are same, why not like the person who is online? It is not necessary the person to be physically present in front of you. If you trust him, you have faith in him, yes you can like the person.
