Your motor is not mounted correctly you can shim one side at the transom till it comes back up if unsure how take it to a motor dealer...Its a easy fix ..just a small movement will go a long ways

try trim tabs mounted on the transom. one for each side that are adjustable. (you will need a professional to do this)If you fuel tank is on one side try a couple of 5 gal jugs of water sitting on the other side (securely fastened with bungee or rope) or......you could just go slow!

ballast to the side that is high in the water or get sum mor friends to sit on that side or put trim tabs on the stern that are adjustable on the fly and try that out.

Your boat is over powered, so try balancing it with trim tabs or down size to two apposing engines one with left screw and one with right screw.

balance, sounds like you,ve got to much weight on one side. can be dangerous.
