Have you ever felt a spirit/ presence around you?

I am Christian and have felt spirits around me. Has anyone been through this?

yes. i know what you're going through. you're what psychics call a "feeler" as opposed to "seers". you can feel a "presence" while others can "see" spirits. still others can both "feel" and "see". if you want to understand this more, you can do researches on the sixth sense and third eye. it would tell you how and why some people can feel or see things that others cannot.

fair warning: it's not an easy topic. it's not all roses in the unseen world. i only suggested these readings so you wont feel like you're so different from "normal" people who don't seem to see or feel anything unusual. no, you're NOT a freak-- you're just more sensitive than the others, is all.

if you're not comfortable with the experience, and you don't want to read further into it, just pray. look up Psalm 91 in the Holy Bible and pray it upon waking up and before sleeping. just will the presence away, ignore it, and you'll be fine. if God is with you, no one and nothing can be against you.

4 times I can remember.#1 after I became a Christian, I knew the Holy Spirit indwelt me but I felt the same.One nite lying in bed ,I said in my head,"I know you're there but I feel the same,suddenly it was as if I was hit with 2000 volts of electricity,it didn't hurt but it was not pleasant.I said OK I get the message.#2 several years later I was teaching Bible studies,one day I had to rush home from work and brush up for that nite and I just had a bad day and couldn't concentrate.As I sat at the dining room table and stared at my bible,all of the sudden I felt better,my head cleared.I bearly looked up from my bible across the table and I saw a hand,fingers resting on the edge of the table and just the edge of a white robe.The hand was translucent as was the cloth.and as I looked up more it was gone.It was like someone standing on the other side resting his fingers on the edge of the table.Jesus?an angel?I don't know but I don't hallucinate.#3 I was to be in another ministry and I had to get up early,I had a hard wired smoke alarm,no batteries,everytime I'd fall asleep it would go off,BEEP,BEEP,BEEP! I'd get up go down the hall it would stop,go back drift off,BEEP,Beep you get the picture.Finally I said(and I don't do this ever)In Jesus name stop it.and I went to sleep,I woke up in the morning my alarm was shut off,but the radio in the living room was blaring,that woke me.This was when Gene Scott was still on the radio in the LA areaIt was him blaring out of the radio.Something didn't want me in that ministry,someone else did.Guardian angel?#4 after my Dad died,4:00 am I'm leaving for work,I turn off the lite ,close the bedroom door,I can't find the hall lite switch,then I feel someone behind me,walk thru me ,I find the switch turn it on,then in the empty bedroom where the kids have their toys,the little toy telephone goes (now you can only do this by holding down the star and the pound key at the same time)BYE,Bye and a little dog goes ,bark bark.OK I stayed cool no one in there.But it never happened again(My Pop worked for what is now Verizon telephone for 35 yrs).When I was in high school a drinking fountain went on and off while a group of us were talking,I mean the little star handle turned and everything.

I felt the presence of the Lord around me. That's the reason I accepted Jesus as my Savior. I believed in the Word of the Lord after being baptized by the Holy Spirit.

ABSOLUTELY!!

Two immediate family members and myself had an experience with a demon, and as a result (same night), a visit from the Archangel Michael. It was a very powerful 4 hours that we went through. To explain the details and "proof" (for non-believers of such things) would take pages.

We also have family members who visit us. The two most prominent are my daughter and my grandmother. We have video in which my daughter is playing with items in our guest bathroom, and the bathroom door opens.

My grandmother has touched several people while they were visiting our home, she has caused a chandelier to swing, and one family member has seen her numerous times (he did not know what she looked like as he had never met her nor seen photos. he described her perfectly. when I showed him a photo he said, "THAT'S HER!!").

I could go on and on about visits and experiences we've had, and those of family members over the years, but it would take a book.

I feel privileged and blessed to have had (and continue to have) these experiences in my life!

Yes, one time I went to my mom's house to visit one morning after work (I was working overnights at the time). No one was home, so I thought I would just wait a while. I have this feeling that I was not supposed to be there, you know that feeling you get when you walk into a room when people are talking about you, or when you see two people fighting? The "air" felt tense to me. I tried to call my friend, but the phone was dead. I tried to watch TV, but it would not turn on. I tried to turn on the radio, but there was no sound. Then, for some reason, I turned on the lights, and they were really, really dim. I said out loud to the house "OK, I get it , I am leaving now" It was one of the strangest days of my life.

once when I was walking alone on the beach at night, I suddenly felt assaulted by something. I quickly imagined that I had long "ectoplasmic" claws grow out of my hands, and told this thing that I would mess it up if it came near me again, and It left me alone after that. The thing was, those claws were more than imagined, i needed them, so I had them,as real as if i could see them. and that entity was real, too, I felt it go right through me, and fly around me., till I threatened it with stuff from its own world.

imnoangel,no angel?? you are a child of GOD And you have a right to be here. good question,"YES", Negative ones,"HEAVY DARKNESS",I showered while surrounding myself with white light,then i commanded "all enities that are not of the light,leave,leave with LOVE but leave.I walked through my house burning nice incense,while repeating the same command.The darkness left by the time i finished the shower, I have felt the presence of a deceased loved one who thought there was no afterlife,he was baffled,confused,didn't know he was dead,I prayed that other deceased relatives would come to him and help him. immediately the presence ended.

Spirits are around you, all the time.... Most of the night they are around at night, and that is the truth..... if you feel them you either have a special gift or a mental problem, no kidding, even if its a mental problem it could be a real life experience........

Allow feeling them, and just know, that there is a better world after this one....

Yes I have many times, however always a good spirit from God never a evil spirit..the Holy spirit is great

When I was hospitalized for advanced cancer, my grandmother came to be with me - I could see her just as she appeared in life (I know she took her human form so I wouldn't be afraid), but I knew she was there before I saw her because I felt the love that was unmistakably from my granma.

The prospect of death does not daunt me because I know she is waiting for me.
