if you arent still quite young like under 12 you cant usually take human growth hormone, the only other way to gain in height is to have your lower leg bones sawn in half, then they put halos on each leg which you have to screw apart each day to streatch, the skin as the bone slowly mends, growing to fit the seperation created by you making the skin longer, its very expensive and horridly painful, just be satisfied with yourself as you are.

You are pretty much out of luck, if you are part the age to be at your full height.

If you are still growing, eating well and excising might help. Don't forget calcium until age 25, when our bones stop growing.

Although there is no diet barring injecting steroids; there are some techniques that have worked.

Structural integration has been known to add 1-6 inches in height to people.

There are several methods; Rolfing, Soma, deep tissue

My opinion is that rolfing would be the best for what ails ya.

Your height is predetermined by genetics. You can stunt it by improper diet, etc but there is nothing you can do to be taller. (Yes, there is surgery where you can have your leg bones separated and plates put in to lengthen your bones but this is only done for those of less than normal height. It is also very painful with a long recovery period). A male will continue to grow until age 21 while a female reaches full height at 18.
