You don't have to lose any weight. Make sure the weight you gain is good weight. Make sure you exercise daily, drink plenty of water, and take your vitamins. You are eating for two but don't use it as an excuse to eat anything you want. I was about 150 and gain 30 plus pounds and kept twenty of them. I gain bad weight. Take my advise and exercise daily (treadmill and stationary bicycles) should be really great for you. Always consult you OBGYN to assure you're doing the right thing.

None because women are already too skinny in america and think they're fat. Except the fat ones that could stand to lose a good deal of weight

Your BMI needs to be between 20 and 25 ideally, I think yours is about 23 which is perfect

there is no right or wrong weight you should be before you have kids. you should worry more about your finical situation than your looks, having a kid is expensive as hell make sure your ready for what your doing when you do it!
