Be nice, respectful, ask her questions about herself and act interested, talk about good qualities you both share in common, let her get to know you during and after you get to know her. Just do not be pushy, if she wishes to remain a mystery or does not want to talk to you, wait until another time when she will hopefully be in a better mood. If she consistently rejects chatting with you move on and look for a woman who is interested.
