Did you notice how christians always complain that there so persecuted, and yet at other times say that there the majority and say how can they be wrong since so many people are christians and look around, everyones a christian and whatever else garbage they wanna say about there majority. So which is it, if your a majority and you say that so many people are christians, than how can you be persecuted if your the majority? All those losers all got a persecution complex. Its just more proof that christians have got something wrong with there brains and theres something wrong with there thought pattern, if you can even call what christians do "thinking".

First of all - unbelievable generalisations! Get some facts to back your arguements or you just look like an ignorant fool.
Secondly, if you want to write an abusive rant, go somewhere else, this is an open forum for people to have mature informative discussions in a Q & A format.
Thirdly, Christianity IS the most popular religion in the world. 2.2 billion (of which approx. 1.1 billion are catholic), compared to 1.1 billion muslims, 860 million hindus, 380 million buddhists, 25 million Sikhs and 15 million Jews. However, despite being overall the worlds most popular religion, there are places in the world, such as Indonesia and the Middle East, for example, where Christians are a minority within the community they live in, as as in places like Acheah, Ambon and Irian Jaya where the Christian population suffer severe persecution.
Do some research before you ask offensive questions.

The Jewish community has been persecuted throughout history. They went for a long time without a particular place to call the main home of their faith. Muslims are persecuted because of terrorism, but they're not all terrorists. Whether Christianity is the majority or not, they're definitely not the only ones getting persecuted. Maybe not even the most persecuted, from a historical perspective.

I'm Christian, by the way. You didn't mention what religion you follow. It doesn't matter. Whatever your religion is, I'm not going to insult your religion's entire population by saying that every follower is a non-thinking loser.

Don't get me wrong. I believe in free speech...but why use it to insult an entire group of people?

Anyway, nobody's religion is the best or worst one. I think every religion has both good people and bad people...mostly good...so whatever your religion, that's what I think.

Christians are not alone in thinking like that. But the truth is Christians are not the majority religion, nor is Islam.
There are over 2 1/2 bill in Chinese and at least 95 % of them are atheist. Yes atheist. They do not believe in God. Buddhism is not a religion. It is a way of life in which you practice good physical health and good mental health alone with peace and well being.
Christianity is the majority religion in the Americas and Europe. however they are being encroached upon by Islamic teachers/clerics who do no allow christians the same leaway in their countries. (Christianity is forbidden to convert in nearly every muslim country.) So like a business when you cannot grow you become less profitable or in christianity's case less productive in holding members or converting new. Even Islam eventually will go the route of all religions which dooms it's faithful to a miserable life and fade but not before internation law steps in and enforces humans rights world wide.
Whether you are christian or not it is the force behind freedom of religion and freedom of most of the worlds free peoples.
With out christianity earth would be a place of hell on earth.
That christianity is just that a religion and no more true than others is not the point, the main point is it has always been the rallying defense for freedom, and justice.

Those are fundamentalist Christians you're talking about. They have this almost delusional urge to feel persecuted like the christians in the early days of christianity. I had this friend before who promised her mom she'd be home early to help some household chores but instead went to a bible-sharing activity in school. The next day she was all tears and complained being persecuted by her family for going to the activity rather than helping out at the house. In college, i was once approached by a guy two years my senior preaching me about being saved and all that. Challenged, he left telling me it's part of his persecution that he's had a hard time convincing me. But I guess at the end of the day they feel good about themselves trying to "win souls". They needed to feel that way to go on.

You are a logical genius.
You might want to go tell the blacks in South Africa that they were never persecuted by the whites since they outnumber whites 20 to 1.
And what was Ghandi's problem? Indians vastly outnumbered the British in India...they weren't persecuted either. How can a minority persecute a majority? Right.
Silly Ghandi. He must have been one of those dumb christians.

Come on, dude, this is too easy. Are you one of them christians?

these days a christian, and who says who is and who isnt, ok a self proclaimed christian is persecuted because they are a pain in the butt. their thing is to make you feel guilty about the way you live, youll break down, join the church, and heres another donating member. its all a money game. what ever goes on in a church can go on in someones living room or garage. how can you take someone seriously when they demand money to spread the word? even jesus didnt do that. the extreme example, jerry faldwell got caught pounding his pud in a car, in public, and hes still one of their leaders. how does that work?

Christians, persecuted? Hardly. They are the ones persecuting all those who are not cattle and follow everyone else. They persecute any and all who do not believe as they do.

Why, can't you yourself feel the torture being between good and evil? Of being good however forced to sin?
Yes we maybe a majority.
But the majority of us don't understand what is being a Christian. And we fall under their persecuting speculations about God.

Hollywood certainly doesn't like them, but propaganda is a far cry from persecution.

In a sense, it's a "Bully" complex. Bullies push their weight around, but they are always insecure and react the way they do becuase they genuinely think that they are persecuted.

I am reminded of a cartoon I saw. It features two panels and two characters. One man is plainly religions, while the other man is kind of generic. The religious one repeatedly raps the other man on the head with a stick. In the second panel, the plain fellow asks, politely, "Um...could you please stop that?" The religious man responds by screaming "I'M BEING PERSECUTED!"
