So I started having this thing for my coworker, the day I saw him at work. I didn't really start talking to him until a month later.. and now we have hung out a couple of times with other coworkers. I dont understand why he comes when I ask him to because he doesn't really click with the others that well. When we hang out.. he talks to me, makes an effort to be nice... let's me have it my way.. a lot. He isn't shy, because he flirts with others .. not as much as with me.. with me he flirts differently.. with respect and in a not so chilidish... hit/poke way.
I'm not working anymore and we go to different schools so chances are we won't see each other agian if I dont do something. What im tripping about is him not calling or I/ming me first. and why i always have to do it. Im confused by his actions because he seems to want to spend time with me and talk with me as well as know me by asking questions but he does not start doing that himself. I have to "put myself out there"

I totally understand ur situation as i am in one exactly like it. You should call him or IM him first. He is sort of waiting for you to do that... and since he is flirting with you in a nice way it's a really good thing. Just call him as soon as possible.... he might lose interest in you.
