They won't. Unfortunately, those who are dead in sin will not see the truth until it is too late.
A positive note: After the second coming of Christ, there will be a time of peace, and Christ will reign over the earth for a thousand years.

The world sees it's need for Jesus in bits and pieces. There are those who say that they don't believe, yet he is the first they call on in time of trouble.
There are those that worship him faithfully every Sunday without fail. Their day would never begin or end on Sunday without God, yet many of these people are the first to forget God throughout the week as they pursue their own pleasures.
There are those that make it to all of the holidays thinking God will be none the wiser if they are there for all the celebrations. Some how I think that a God who created the heavens and the earth is not going to be hood winked into believing that they are pulling the wool over his eyes.
There are those who can't attend church, for whatever reason, and listen to the radio and to the TV for the message. Hopefully, they are not following the false prophets that the Bible speaks of.
The world fills their needs for Jesus Christ in their own ways and through countless religions. But the one thing that people seem to forget as they scream that their religion is the best is that we all believe in the same God, we all believe in the same Christ. We all just have different ways of doing it. It doesn't make one religion more superior over the other. Only God will tell us what we have done right and what we have done wrong and whether we have a warm future or a pleasant one.

What do you mean by "the world"? There are about 2 billion Christians on the planet--around 1/4 of the globe's population. Does this not factor in to your calculations concerning "the world"?
So, you're talking about when the other 3/4 are going to see that we need Jesus Christ? I don't know. How could anyone know this? I could speculate--but that and $1 won't even get me a cup of coffee at Starbucks.

When the world realises that Jesus Christ was just a man, not some mythical creature! He had a lot of good messages, but was still only a man. We need to accept people no matter who they believe in, just as long as we remember to do unto others as we would have done unto ourselves and that God helps those who help themselves! Pray all you want, it is only you that stands between success, peace and happiness!

I think we will when people stop killing the name of Judeo-christianity/ ISLAM.... Religion is not killing people, people are. Jesus' ideas are wonderful, but when they are not applied by the supposed followers of Jesus and instead you have Big business republicans (and christians)squashing small villiages in the interest of oil and moving their plants and food income from one country to the slave labor of another, you see the face of Jesus as the men who represent him.... christians, who don't seem to live like they need to, and then tell everyone avidly they are christians and hide behind a wall of hatred to explain human nature (aka, homosexuality) I think we need ideas like Jesus' however, his ideas and the holy spirit are present in all holy men... whether they be Muslims, Catholics, Baptists, Buddhists or Hindu people. Remember the only unforgivable sin is to see the works of the holy spirit and ignore them (literal quote...blaspheme against the holy spirit) which is what you do when you look at a Buddhist who has never hurt a fly (literally) and say he is going to hell because he doesn't believe your way. Most of the world has Jesus, just in their own way....Vishnu...Buddha...Allah.... etc.

I think the book of revelations shows a certain number of people that actually wind up being saved. That's not to say we shouldn't continue to try. When did people believe Noah about the flood?
More than needing Jesus, people need to stop concentrating on church services and actually live the gospel without looking for brownie points.

It's the people of the world that need to seek God (not the world itself). Sorry - it's really, really late and I can't sleep.

People lived 300,000 years before Jesus, and I'm sure most were happy. Today, almost 6 billion people don't care about him either. Grow up, and get rid of your childhood brainwashing.
