Well, you can start off by stop doing things that you have to lie about. Why do you feel like you have to lie to him. You may not love him like you think you do. If this is the case then be woman enough to say so and leave so he can move on and you can stop lying about what you do. If you love him then you need to check yourself before someone comes along and take your man and treat him right. woman to woman!
