no, the list doesnt include the hindu gods

No they were real Deities(GODS OR DEVILS) to the people of those ages who believed in them .
Would you like some future religions to go around saying that your current idea of GOD was just a tale or a fake.

I'm surprised that the list had so few! Hinduism alone seems to have more.
The Ancient Greeks, too, had hundreds; we usually know only the Olympian gods and goddesses.
This confusion is 'cos all "mass religions" have anthropomorphic gods. (Note the lower case "g")

Since Jehovah/YHWH is the only true God, all other gods, for worship are false.
1Corinthians 8:5 For even though there are those who are called 'gods,' whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many 'gods' and many 'lords,' 6) there is actually to us ONE God, the Father, out of whom all things are, and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are, and we through him.
Notice 'god' has more than one definition...3) a mighty ruler.
So, Isaiah 6:9 'Mighty God'...referring to Jesus means mighty ruler.

Maybe. Or maybe Jehovah is a fake god and one of the others is the real one. Or maybe none of them is real and we just don't know who the real one is. Or maybe there isn't a real one period.
