Help. I need to gain weight big time. Im 14 and 5 foot 1 and i weigh only 97 pounds. What should i do to gain weight. I do about 50 pushups a night. Would this help if i do more?

Yea but if i do pushups i lose the bad fat and gain muscle so that weighs more than fat right?

gainning weight with out being fat is very easy. Eat 5 times a day in a 2-3 hrs interval. Eat lean meats and if you want to pack muscles, very easy for a 5"1 all you need to do is get more protein and lean stuff makes everything perfect. DOn't try the junk food option, it will just makes your stomach round. WOuldn't a 6pack be better? Important of all! drink alot of water during the day.

alright this is a snap.
wake up in the morning. eat a big breakfast of like bacon, eggs, sausage, and soda (no oj or milk).
for lunch go out to the local fast food place of your choice. order a triple something (quarter pounder, whopper, classic whatever). with cheese supersized/king/great biggie.
for supper eat a huge meal, get seconds on everything.
have a big dessert directly before bed.
if youre trying to gain weight but do it healthfully (like not be fat) forget everything i said and just eat more calories and burn a few less. (but continue to excercise).

i would suggest that u eat alot of junk food and do ur push-ups so u dont just get fat u get fat and muscle at the same time cuz muscle weighs more then fat

WHo told you push ups would give you wieght? Build muscles. They weigh more than fat. Join the health club and let a trainer help you.

IF u want to gain weight eat more carbs and workout more. The carbs will add weight if u dont burn them and the excersice will tone ur body so u wont be ___lbs of fat ull be cut

push ups make u burn calories witch makes u lose weight so eat a sandwich and don't do any thing ok.
