If i see a ghost or feel the presence of a spirit in my home should i ask God to take it away. If i do, will he? If i ask to see an Angel of the lord will one appear. I have heard that to look upon the face of an angel would destroy my mind. Anyone got any ideas on this?

who told you if you see an angel it will destroy your mind? that's stupid, the Bible says that we all entertain angels without even knowing it. chances are that you have seen several angels in your lifetime.

Looks like you have a few questions.
1. Should you ask God to take away a spiritual presence in your home? I guess that one's up to you. It would depend, is it benevolent or malevolent?
2. If you asked, would He? Well, I guess this one depends too. I'm not God, and I can't tell you what He would do. (The same goes for removing the spirit, or seeing an angel.)
3. Would seeing an angel's face destroy your mind? I don't believe so. They can take many forms, if it looked like your neighbor, probably not. Usually it's direct contact, visual or otherwise, with God that is said to destroy someone.

Looking upon an angel should not destroy your mind. You can ask the lord to take the spirit away but the spirit might not be ready

No it may be lost and wants you to help it to go home or have a message for you. Ask it what its intentions are and if it is evil . Have the names of the highest and mightiest Angele's to call upon to remove it if it proves malevolent.
No looking upon the face of an angel will not destroy your mind if you can feel it coming you can ask it to appear in human form.the only damage would be that you would have to acknowledge the presence of such things if you did not believe in them before as an agnostic. you would probably go into shock and denial first it would take more than one visit to change your mind.

NOOOOO, you shouldn't ask God to take it away, you should ask God to put it in a large glass container for you so you could take it to the county fair and charge admission in a tent so other people could see it. Then, when people look at it, it will destroy their mind and you can take their purses or billfolds and empty the money in a collection plate and say it was a donation. The go out and get a new Benz like all the other evangelicals just to show that the prosperity doctrine is true.

In my opinion, a ghost is just a person who has passed yet still attached in spirit to their previous environment. Will them away, ask them to leave in the same way you would ask an unwanted guest. I'm sure they'll find the door when they realise they should be looking for it, I wouldn’t want to be trapped when I should be moving on.
The only thing that will destroy your mind is stressing over it, or letting others tell you your going mad even though you've witnessed something so obvious.

Forget the god/angel stuff.Go by what you feel.If you feel a presence anywhere, you should ask it mentally to go towards the light on its right side. Nothings going to destroy your mind, honest!! People on the other side must get a right old laugh at the way we are all petrified of them!

More than likely the ghost isn't aware that he/she is a ghost, at all. Tell him, repeatedly to go into the light. When it sees it, hopefully he will go. I had just joined a ghost hunting group, here in Indiana. He has a MySpace account, if you'd like to contact him:

iF YOU SEE A GHOST OR FEEL A PRESENCE OF A SPIRIT THEN YOU SHOULD CALL OUT JAHOVAS NAME AND BEGIN TO PREY. THERE ARE MILLIONS OF WICKED SPIRITS HERE ON THIS EARTH. THEY ARE EARTH BOUND NOW .
