Well here's my thing they don't like Black people or Jews but yet wasn't Christ a Jew. So the irony here is why are they inviting a Jew to their gathering? I'm a little confused here, they are into preserving the White race yet their whole cross burning symbolisim is wrong because they are inviting a Jew and you know if Christ wanted to sleep with their women they would let him. Isn't that race mixing then? Lastly what is with the whole sheets and masks? They say the origin is that they portrayed ghosts of the confederate dead soldiers. Well the war is long over why don't they show their faces like skin heads do? It seems the skin heads are the stronger organization here and the KKK just hides and claims the skinhead's victorys for their own. What's with that?

you cannot rationalize any of the choices made by the kkk. some of their prsctices such as the sheet and masks is just tradition. people got used to associating that look with the kkk and it would be weird if they all of a sudden changed their look.

They don't believe Christ was a Jew.They pick and choose out of the Bible what they want.Jesus was speaking spiritually to some wrong doing Jews when he said "You are of your father the Devil,he was a murderer and you want to murder me" so the KKK takes that and says the Jews are of the devil. They are just a bunch of dopes like all real racists. They say the Bible calls black people "beasts of the field"that's horse crap,The Ethiopians were black,Simon the Niger(translated simon the Black from Niger)in the book of acts was black.Moses in Book of Numbers ,his second wife was an Ethiopian.Wasn't it Jeremiah who said "Can an Ethiopian change his skin color? Can a leopard change his spots?" Ther are some people who try to say the Ethiopians were Arabs same with the Queen of Sheba don't believe it.I understand the paranoia of both those organizations but they are still offbase.Just because a person says he's doing something in God's name or for God does not make it right and God will not honor it .It will only add to their sins.

These are not my words I looked it up on the wed to find this answer.

Q. Why do you burn the cross?

A. Many have been led to believe the Klan burns the cross as an act of desecrating a Christian symbol. Nothing could be further from the truth. The lighted cross is an old symbol used on the hillsides of Scotland. Many churches today use the lighted cross as a symbol. The Methodist church uses the cross with flames at its base sweeping up and around the cross. The Lutheran church uses the symbolism. When the Klan was founded there was not electricity. They could not light up a cross the way we light up a Christmas tree. Fire was used. The fire was used to symbolize the fiery light of Christ - a metaphor often used in the Bible. The Cross obviously is a symbol of Christianity. The Cross lighting ceremony gives honor to Jesus Christ.

The cross lighting ceremony was not used until the twenties. The original Klan of the 1800's did not use a lighted cross. When you see movies depicting Klansmen burning crosses in some black ex-slave family's home, this is a lie. This ceremony had not even been created yet.

The Klan's ( family tribes) of Scotland would use the lighted cross as a warning to other family tribes that danger was imminent. It came to symbolize a warning of tyranny in their midst. These two ideals of the cross lighting ( warning against tyranny and giving honor to the fiery truth of Christ) were combined to create the ku klux klan cross lighting ceremony. It is no more a desecration of the cross than it is for the American Legion to respectfully lay to peace an American flag by setting it on fire.

The Klan does not burn crosses in people's yards. Sometimes those who are trying to act like the Hollywood created Klan will burn a cross in someone's yard as a prank. This is wrong and is not condoned. Usually, however, the prank is actually a means of getting sympathy support from the community. There have been many incidences in which nonwhites would burn a cross on their own lawn and then blame the Klan for it. These cases make headline news. But when the so-called victims are found out to be the actual perpetrators, the story is usually found in small print buried deep within the newspaper somewhere.

You have it wrong the burning cross is so the light of Jesus Christ can shine down on them. I am not KKK but I do read once in a while. Not hiding behind the sheets would hinder their work in the government and business. They believe they can be more successful being anonymous at changing the hearts and minds of the people and the laws of the land. But their not always hiding behind the sheets. These people are your ignorant and rednecks. The true Clan is putting people into place to further their cause. The Clan uses skin heads to do their dirty work. Jesus is God's son in human form. Yes he was born a Jew but the Jews rejected and killed the son of God. The Clan see's Jesus not as a Jew but the son of God. I could go on but I'm am tired.

HItler startedthis all. He believed that God's choosen people were aryians. These were a light peachy color skin with soft brunette hair and blue eyes. To Hitler these are the "perfect" human race. Yet he didn't fit into this category. Looking into history, after centuries the aryians mixed with other races (like we all do) and this mixed race became the Germans. Hitler said he believed in God and Jesus and that God wanted His choosen people to be the only race here on earth. Thus it was Hitler's job to kill everyone else. They use the cross to symbolize that they are Jesus believing people and by burning it was a sign to scare others and was to make a statement that Jesus would win over evil. Hitler thought he was to start the winning over evil, by killing everyone that wasn't of aryian descent.

1- I think Hitler was bipolar :)
2- the KKK clan are more scared of us simply because their are more of us than there is of them
3- ayrians don't exist anymore. Because of racial mixture over the centuries, there isn't one person on this planet right now that is on a "pure" race or "pure" blood.
4- the KKK should all be arrested for harrassment (& stupidity)
5- the KKK aren't welcomed in Germany anymore. That's why most live in USA, land of the free

There is no use trying to find logic in the teachings of the KKK. They are freakin maniacs. A ridiculous cult, filled with highly suggestive, yet low common sense havin inbred halfwits. They are a gigantic shame on the white race, and we wish we could just step on them all like cockroaches.

Yeah.. the KKK are supposed christians, but they hate jews. Jesus was a Jew. I guess this debunks the "Hitler was a christian" theory. Hitler hated jews.. so why would he get on his knees and praise one?
