I hate that feeling! The worst! Like some have said before, I've used coffee and hot tea to melt it down. Also eating something that has rough surfaces like celery or a raw carrot while drinking lots of liquid may help dislodge any capsule residue. But it will go away on its own in a few days.

Capsules melt. You probably feel the damage that was caused when it got stuck initially. It will heal. If you really think something is still there, see a doctor.

It should have melted by now. Try eating something or drinking something hot, like coffee. If it's still there then go to the doctor or just wait until it melts.

Have you tried eating bread and then drinking water after? A small piece of bread, not something large that will get lodged. Also, if it has been that long, you might want to go to the ER.

Go to the ER. Have them make sure it is still there, and that you aren't just feeling an irritation. It will need to be removed so that it doesn't cause a problem.
