Will niccotine from cigarettes mixed with Adderall keep me up longer?

I've heard that niccotine from cigarettes when smoked while you are buzzed on Adderall will make the Adderall stronger and also last longer. Is this true?

Sorry, i wish i knew, but i do know that just cigs alone can give you a boost (thats is why i am on here at 1230 at night) so I think that just might be true!!

that must be why people smoke there hooked on adderall/speed.
