I'd answer the question on your 360 bio page (the one at the end) but you're married so I will stick with the question you asked here...
It depends on what is making you itch. It's only the one foot? It sounds like you are married to a military member (USAF most likely) so why not shedule an appointment with a doctor to discuss the problem, or have you already? It's really unlikely that anyone here will be able to solve your problem without at least more information and (no, I don't have a foot fetish, I'm being serious) a need for a thorough exam by a professional is indicated. Are there any other symptoms (discolorations, peeling skin, unusual odor, etc.)? Do you wear shoes that are too small (or for that matter too large) for you by any chance? Could you have socks that have a material that you are allergic to perhaps? When did the itching start and what happened to you around then that might be connected (you stepped in a puddle of goo perhaps or spilled somethng on your foot maybe, or maybe you got some small burrs in just one shoe and they are causing the problem whenever you wear that shoe - I assume you have many pairs of shoes...)? Really you haven't given us enough to even begin to suggest an answer - I assume you've tried antibacterials, anti-fungals, using a pumice stone on the affected area, and maybe soaking your foot in a mild solution of medicated foot soap, appropriately weak acid (they make solutions for this purpose of mild acids) or whatever else is available?

If you have any topical steriod cream, you can apply that to the affected area. You can also take an antihistamine (like benedryl), but that will make you tired. If its dry, apply moisturizer to it bc dry skin = itchiness. If all else fails, make an appt to see your primary doc.
This could be from an insect bite or a dermatitis from a plant. I doubt its anything serious.

Are you pregnant? Try soaking them in Epsom salt and rub them in vaseline and wear socks to lock in the moisture and your feel will be soft and will not itch!

Go see a podiatrist.
Or go see an internal med doc to make sure it isn't something that is causing it related to a nerve, or other disease.

Try Lamisil. If this does't work, you may need to see a Dermatologist
