I met this guy through work, we hang around with our coworkers a lot and we talk online a lot about where we are going to hang out that certian day. though I always have to Instant message him first. He never seems to want to start a conversation with me on his own time. Only when we hang out, or work. When I see him, he always looks at me funny, flirts.. and does all these things that makes me think he likes me too. But when i get home.. go online he never calls .. never instant messages. I don't know what I should do, I feel that if i keep starting conversations that I might end up annoying him or something. I need help. please?

make the next move if u like him just ask him out on an actual date that will solve the problem but brace urself u might get an answer u dont want

hes just shy. if you want a relationship with this guy your going to have to do the work.
