Their venom is supposed to contain acid - so try flushing the dog's eye with plenty of water. If you find that it isn't taking away the swelling/redness then take him to the vet.

Rinse the eye just as you would with pepper spray and keep your dog calm. On humans or me pepper spray took 24 hours your dog does not have skin pores like people so it may rinse faster. See a vet if things don't improve within 24 hrs or get worse.
