I have, many times. I live in a house that is over 200 years old and at least 3 people have died in.
In my home doors open and close, stuff moves, lights flicker and you get those cold shivers when you walk past certain spots, but nothing ever bad has happened. we (my sisters and friends) used to try necromancy, which communicating with the spirits of the dead. We got some really good nights from doing that, cause the lights would go one and off, candles blew out, and the water taps turned on by themsevles.
I also live across from a grave yard

Have had several; 1st when I was around 5, say red eyes staring at me from the bottom of the stairs; always "see things" out of the corner of my eyes (deceased pets/friends/relative/unknowns), college was woken up by one at a party....turned out I was sleeping in his old room...smell flowers when certain people are around me....things like that...too many to mention in great detail...

use to live with one.it would change the stations on my stereo,and if you left the room the tv would be snow[like poltergeist]it only liked heavy metal music. When the c.d. player was on shuffle it would only let my mettallica music play. also my silverware and dishes disapeared all the time.footsteps on the stairs and the toilet would flush by itself.
