A contest?
Mine goes cheap .. it's a soul that's been battered, blackened, just three steps from the killing floor.
My soul -- will make you able to sing the blues, hard rot-gut blues from the ...er .. soul.
It will haunt you, shatter your dreams and give you sense of perspective that is chilling in its depth, frightening in its clarity and hardened in the ways of the common man.
It will be the thick crust that protects you from envy and malice, saves you from taunts and assault and pricks at the weakness of your enemies.
Road weary, dusty, drunken, crass and brash -- this soul will drag you down to lower depths than holding contests on the selling of a soul!
Five bucks and a bottle of cheap wine and a date with yer sister ..and it's yours.
