Let her sleep keep a glass of water by her bed after doing stenuous activity especaily heavy lifting when you dont usually. offer some ginger tea but she would now what she would feel like sertainly do not push anything on her.

She just needs to relax. Her nerves are probably shot right now. Moving is very stressful. Help her out. Ask her what you could do to help out, then tell her to take a break while you work for a while.

I recommend rest as well as ginger tea, as well as ginger chews, which are available at health food stores. Ginger helps with nausea. Rest is the best solution.

drink GINGER ALE, take small sips at a time, it's going to calm her stomach. Let her sit and take some deep breathe and tell her to rub her stomach softly in circles.

Hydrate her with gatorade and water
Make her some eggs and toast to get her protein up
See if she'll eat some soup, etc...

have her put some lavender oil in her bath....it will help her relax. and peppermint helps with the nausea. it's amazing what aromatherapy can do! :)
