yes. caffeine and all of the liquid forms that deliver it to me are constantly consumed.

Around 3-4 mini-cans of coke per week. I try to limit myself. I used to drink 3-4 coke cans per day. That was very bad.

I have been trying to cut down on it and consume more milk, tea, water, juices, and non caffienated drinks. Although I do drink coffee sometimes.

I used to. I haven't since last November. I have lost 39 pounds, no more migraines, and my gallbladder no longer bothers me. Coincidence? I think not.
