Most stomach "flu" is not influenza but more likely food poisoning. There is one symptom that must be present for any type of flu. That is muscle pain. For example in the shoulders and or neck.
It could be salmonellosis or campylobactor food poisoning which is very common. But the fact that your dad and your sister, and you got it on successive days probably rules that out. (if they & you did contract it roughly in a short time period, it is most likely food poisoning, and time will clear it up. If symptoms get really bad a tetracycline antibiotic and electrolyte i. v. would be in order, but it does not sound like you are in such a bad way). Cultures should have been taken. Without their results I would bet that it is a rotavirus gastro-intestinal bug. If it is, standard antibiotics would not work. (they are anti-bacterial and NOT anti-viral.)
I suggest that you wait it out for two days if symptoms do not get worse. If they do see a doctor stat. If after 2 days things have not improved go to a doctor. Your immune system should catch up with this bug and destroy it. Fatigue is a side affect of Interleukin 2, a natural anti-viral, (& anti-bacterial chemical that we all make to fight micro-organisms when we are ill.) Rest and fluids are indicated. Also, stay away from milk products while your stomach is upset.
I must comment on some of the other answers. Many of them are wild guesswork, and cruely alaming, and lacking good scientific information.
Hope you feel better soon.

You may possibly have the flu or you may have some other sort of virus or infection. Influenza is actually a respiratory problem, and so nausea is actually not the best indicator of the flu. Based on your symptoms of sore throat, ear aches, and headaches, it may be possible that you have the flu. If you have been ill for five days, I would suggest going to the doctor to rule out any other easily treatable illnesses, rather than hoping the symptoms just go away.

Nausea and vomiting are the least common symptoms of the flu.
There is no cure for the flu. If you are able to eat and drink, and hold down your food, and your fever is less than 101. I don't think you need to go to the doctor yet. If it doesnt improve within a week, or your sore throat gets worse, I would go in to be tested for strep throat.
Symptoms of the flu:
high fever
muscle aches and pains
weakness and tiredness
headache
dry cough
sore throat
stuffy or runny nose
nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea

drink alot of fluids, rest and take something for your headache. You probably have the flu, and the only thing you can do is keep hydrated, and rest. You can also get Theraflu, it really works it's a packet that you mix with warm water, it soothes you. Just get some rest, and stop worrying! I'm sure this won't be the last time in your life you get a cold or the flu!

Drink Lemon Tea with honey. Get a lot of sleep. Eat Bread or crackers. Ginger Al helps too. If you are not feeling any better in two days I would call your doctor.

if you feel weaker than usual or kinda sleepy all the time you probably have the flu as for your dizzy spells i have those too all the time probably means you need more sleep. and having a fever is a clear sign that you are sick soooo get your rest and get well soon!

It's impossible to tell you what's wrong without seeing you and performing an exam. You'd be best off seeing your doctor. There are lots of things that could be wrong, and there is no way of telling just from your description.
Meanwhile, try to keep hydrated by drinking lots of fluids, and try eating bland things like rice, toast, crackers, etc.
Hope this helps!

Go to the doctor and get a flu test. It's not fun, but if you really want to know exactly what's wrong then do it. (they shove a long q-tip up your nose. And just when you think they can't get it any further up there, they shove it in more)

Sounds like the flu alright. Be sure to drink plenty of liquids to keep yourself hydrated. If your symptoms don't improve, then you may want to call your doctor.
