None, both garbage! Pills never really work and when they do you gain the weight back, it's mostly water weight half the time. But here are the reviews, make your own judgement: http://www.epinions.com/search/?submitted_form=searchbar&search_string=hydroxycut&tax_name=&dyn_nav=0&dyn_nav_id=&search_vertical=all

Also, there was a forum mentioning the 2, which is best and whatnot. You should read people's opinions here: http://66.218.69.11/search/cache?p=hydrocut+or+lipo+6&sp=1&ei=UTF-8&fr=FP-tab-web-t410&SpellState=n-748554548_q-VFajXFI9nGVhe.kY8haO2QABAA%40%40&u=forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php%3Ft%3D443583&w=hydrocut+lipo+6&d=Wf0-9iQ8NU05&icp=1&.intl=us It will be difficult to try to look for the words 'lipo6' and 'hydrocut' yourself so do a search on the page by going to 'Edit' tab and Find (on this page). good luck!

I had to edit just to comment on the Xenical. It is horrible LOL. My friend was taking it and all it did was make her go to the bathroom for a # 2 occasionally. Sometimes she 'leaked" on herself b/c she had no control, it was oily poop. Discusting! Just eat and diet well, I know it's easier said than done but pills are never the easy way out. The company is only thinking about one thing: money! Not your health but the GREEN (and no, not vegetables lol but moula, paper). greedy companies that could care less about the risk factors and how it'sll effect people.

Xenical

USES: This medication is used with a reduced-calorie diet to help significantly overweight persons lose weight. It also helps to prevent regaining weight previously lost. Orlistat works by blocking some of the fat normally digested

this seems to be the best out there

Neither, both are scams. Check out the fine print. They say the follwing: "These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
