U mean u want to write in TAMIL install BARAHA it has almost all indian languages, u type in english it will translated to your lang preferance

how can u make fonts u have to install the fonts that are already programmed. go to google search for tamil fonts download and download the fonts. thats it. ur tamil fonts are ready EEEEEE
