Pain starts across lower stomach, then localizes to right lower belly..
Got it when I was 19, looked it up in my encyclopedia and diagnosed it myself.
Started at noon on Saturday, Sunday morning it was taken out and was about to burst.
IF you have that, put ice on it, NOTHING warm (that speeds the infection!) and get to the hospital as quickly as possible.
I only had pain, no nausea at all.

Severe pain your abdomen. WHen I had a ruptured appendix I couldn't stand up straight and got rushed to hospital. If you had appendix problems trust me, you would know about it!

in addition to the symptoms given, lie on your back and draw your knees up. If it hurts to try and put them back you have a problem.
