Depends on the situation. I used to be very passive and let things roll off my back. Then I decided to stop being a doormat--but then I swung all the way to the other side and let EVERYTHING get to me. I was pissed off pretty much 24/7. I went to assertiveness classes so now I get aggrivated less easily than before.
