First and foremost, there are alot of kinds of damaged hair. Which type is yours? Is yours dry? Or brittle? Or has split ends? There's so many kinds
I would suggest you go to a hair salon and ask them to do treatment. From there they will suggest what shampoo to use, what to do with your hair.

The same way that you would fora women. Go to visible changes and get them to put a deep conditioner on 3 times a month untill hair is better.

First, GET IT CUT!!! Second, there's NOTHING that says guys can't use salon products. I recommend Redken products. Just ask your beautician.
