Man you should have dropped your packages and nailed her on the spot. You can bet the next guy in line did. You're too late now, she's gone for sure. That was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I hate to be the one to inform you, but you blew it. I'd say better luck next time, but there probably won't ever be a next time.

Whoa!! Slow down there buddy. She may just be generalizing the term there. Some people say hun to friends, coworkers, or in your case a customer just to make small talk and converse with the person. Don't scare the poor girl man. I'd leave her a personal note and let her know you like her and maybe ask her out on a friends getting to know you type of date then see what happens. Is she your age or older?

I have to agree that it doesn't mean much. I call almost everyone hun or dear etc.I feel as it makes people more comfortable around me but I definitely don't mean jumping in bed with that person.

YES!!!! Ask her & if she says "yes", you can go right back to the jewelry counter & she can pick her ring out & just think, she could use her employee discount too!!! So you get a new wife, that's if she accepts & you save money too!! ;-)

NO, you silly man, why would you ask a complete stranger to marry you??

Cashier at the Sunoco called me hun. She has a giant tattoo on her chest, along with a couple other of giant things.... I think I am in love...

Yes, you definitely should. Or, perhaps, you should go through her line several times an hour to make sure she's still feeling you. Try this approach for several days, then pop the big question!

Absolutely! You know she wasn't doing it just for a tip. She's probably really got the hots for you. You must have been buying some really manly groceries.

Go for it! After all....career girls don't come along every day!!!
